Computer Cab Birmingham has completed a deal to acquire the business of Associated Taxis Limited (ATL), from the Birmingham & Solihull Taxi Association.

ATL, a Black Cab radio circuit of some 90 Taxis, will initially be operated alongside the ComCab Birmingham fleet, while data dispatch system is installed. It is planned that ATL Cabs will be integrated with the existing ComCab fleet early in November.

The addition of ATL will take the ComCab fleet over 200 Taxis in Birmingham and provides much needed support to it rapidly growing Account customer base.

Commenting on the deal, Managing Director Alan Bray explains, "ATL is a good strategic fit with our business. The additional fleet will improve our City wide coverage and the business brings with it a healthy cash customer base to compliment of strong account portfolio".
